Meet Danail
Founder of YFE
Your Future Events was founded by Danail, a final-year International Business student at The Hague University of Applied Sciences, who experienced firsthand how difficult it can be to find the right opportunity as a student.
Like many others, he went through the process of searching for internships, sending applications, and trying to stand out—often without really knowing what companies were looking for, or which environment would actually be the right fit. At the same time, through his role as Head of Campus Recruitment at an IT company, he saw the other side: companies actively looking for motivated students, but struggling to connect with the right ones.
This disconnect raised a simple question: if both students and companies are looking for each other, why is it still so difficult to make the right match?
That question became the starting point of Your Future Events.
By organizing career events that focus on real conversations instead of formal processes, Danail aims to create an environment where students and companies can connect in a more natural and meaningful way. Not through endless online applications, but through direct interaction, where both sides can truly get to know each other.
The mission is simple: to make it easier for students to find the right opportunity—and for companies to find the right talent.
