Terms & Conditions

Article 1: Definitions

1. YFE:Your Future Events, the legal entity that facilitates connections between clients (companies) and candidates (students).
2. Client: Any natural or legal person who issues one or more assignments to YFE.
3. Candidate: The individual selected by YFE for an event, networking opportunity, or position with the Client.
4. Agreement: The agreement between the Client and YFE.

Article 2: Applicability

1. Unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing, these general terms and conditions apply to every assignment and agreement.
2. YFE expressly rejects the applicability of any general conditions from the Client, unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing. By entering into an agreement, the Client accepts that their own conditions do not apply.

Article 3: Liability

1. YFE is not liable if a Candidate selected by the Client does not appear to meet the requirements set by the Client, unless there is intentional or gross negligence on the part of YFE.
2. YFE’s liability for any damages suffered will never exceed the amount charged to the Client for the specific agreement or candidate.
